Seller was courteous and answered questions to the best of ability. Seller was also very understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, the item was not inspected to a full extent before being listed. The item was listed as having a i5-8350u CPU, but actually had a 8250U. I can forgive this, as a picture showed it, but the description was wrong. The item also had numerous, irreparable marks on the screen, notably 4 pressure marks that are clearly seen against any white background. These marks were not described on the initial listing, and the device had to be traded in for a warranty claim. Still, the seller was helpful, saying he would take either a full refund or accept a partial refund. I took the partial refund, and he dutifully sent it. Overall, the seller was quick, communicative, and courteous. However, I simply cannot give the sale a positive rating as he failed to properly describe all defects and specifications of the device in the listing, despite the defects being very apparent.
