Device was exactly as described, in perfect working order. This was my first purchase on swappa - thanks for a great experience!

The seller was polite and promptly answered all my concerns and questions. They shipped my device almost immediately after I purchased it, and it was shipped quite securely. The phone itself was almost exactly as described except for a very tiny scratch on the front of the device at the top, but this may have just been overlooked by the seller.

The only reason I am not giving this seller five stars is because of the condition of the charging cable. The jacket has a split at both ends, leaving the bare wire exposed. The seller did state "Cable has some signs of use," but this should have been explained in more detail in the listing. My advice to the seller is in the future to explain in great detail any flaws or problems with the phones and accessories they are selling instead of assuming the buyer understands what is meant. However, I believe this was an unintentional oversight, and I would definitely buy from them again. Great seller!
