I appreciate the good communication with the seller, quick and friendly. However, this item was NOT in Mint condition as I was led to believe. Per Swappa, "no signs of wear and tear." There are micro-scratches all along both sides, apparently from the case. This is not enough of a concern for me to pursue returning the phone, but unfortunate this was not disclosed.
