Although i had a very bumpy buying experience, i'd like to take the opportunity to express my thoughts. I am giving a 4 star not based on my feelings, but based on the good communication offered by the staff, and some what by the seller. Although i didn't get my merchandise as fast as i would have hoped, i will be fair to express that significant effort was done in the process. I am very pleased with the customer service of the staff, they were very patient and addressed all of my concerns. The seller could have been a bit more diligent in shipping the item, but to circumstance outside of his control he could not. However, in all fairness the item arrived in very good conditions, and the phone looked better than what it was described. I had no issues activating the phone.

Great transaction. Item received as described by the seller and excellent communications. And received a bonus cord that was not expected. Thank you.
