Bought a Samsung Note8. Phone is great, not a scratch on it. Prob was the phone was not paid off!! But I honestly don't know who is at fault. Swappa thought it was fine enough to list it. And Swappa basically says they won't list phones that haven't been paid off. IMEI number in Swappa's site came back clean. HOWEVER, IMEI number on Tmobile's identified an outstanding balance. Didn't want to go through hassle of returning it, so worked with seller to make sure it got paid off. Seller was very responsive via Swappa messages and worked with me the whole time to let me know (and show me receipts) when phone got paid off.

Phone was better than expected/ brand new. Quick to resolve my questions and concerns.
