Phone was in great working condition however the battery was faulty and did not work properly, requiring an additional purchase to be made. Seller took a long time to respond(even after swappa staff commented), and offered no apology or understanding of the situation. A device listed in mint condition should at the very least work properly once received. Prior to purchasing a new battery however, this device would shut off at random percentages (for example, 39%, 15%, 23%) and could not be trusted to remain on in an emergency. I understand that an old battery will have less capacity, however it should still work properly.
