Bought the phone about a year ago and just realized I never marked the sale complete :/ I remember being pretty pissed because the phone has some really bad burn in at the top of the screen even though it was listed as mint condition. Would have done a refund but had to travel and couldn't be without a phone. I'm still using the phone a year later with the nasty screen burn in :(

1 star (couldn't bring myself to give 1 star, here's your filthy 3 stars) because while I did end up keeping the device, I did so because I had no choice due to me not having a spare phone and not being able to be without a phone for work reasons. It would have taken <5 minutes for this seller to properly check the screen before listing it.

The delivery of the product was delayed by the post office. I received it on Saturday 07/16 and activated it on Monday. No physical issues or functionality problems.

The phone is defective. It does not read the sim card. I have had it in for service several times to be checked and they determined it is the phone not the sim card that is the problem. I could make and receive calls but could not access the Internet. Keeps reading no sim card when there is indeed a sim card. Lost $230.00 on a crappy phone that was advertised as excellent.
