Phone is in excellent condition. Not sure if it was new for 3 reasons: 1). Phone battery was 100% discharged. Every new phone I have purchased in the past had around 50% charge when receiving. 2) There is a small nick on the bottom corner of phone. 3) There was a temporary plastic removable protective sheet on back of phone, but not on front. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
