Absolutely terrible seller. Zero communication and atrocious packing job. Apparently a USPS envelope counts as bubble wrap now. The box was severely crushed. Device itself was fine. Seller also didn't tape over the shipping label which then got wet and unreadable in the rain, causing me to have to go to the post office and pick it up. It's sad swappa is turning into the new ebay with these reseller "companies". I miss when it was just regular friendly phone/tablet enthusiasts selling their devices.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this seller.

Upon switching carriers, found out this phone was blacklisted for “no pay” from Verizon. The phone I bought is now unusable and considered stolen to Verizon. Do not buy
