Dishonest seller! Sold me a new/opened box iPhone XS Max which was still under financed from Verizon. This is a clear violation of Swappa's terms. Had I not done my research, I would have ended up with a phone that is still under financing from Verizon! Lack of communication when trying to resolve the issue and the $925 phone arrived with only a bubble wrapped envelop as protection during shipment. Buyer beware! Seller shipped an iPhone XS Max with an IMEI registered as stolen. Slow communication from the seller eventually lead to a refund on purchase with phone return, but I have yet to receive return shipping cost.
