Overall, good experience with the seller and the product. He got back to me very quickly and sent it out and got it to my house within a couple days. Only issue was, the phone was unlocked, like it said. But AT&T specifically did not want to activate it due to a previous service not being paid off. I was able to get it fixed without having to pay off the balance and the phone is online with my current service now. But, it would have been helpful for this to be in the description of the product before I purchased it. Either way, everything is good and I appreciate having a working phone now!
