The phone condition was as described, Locked phone on T-mobile in fair condition. Screen was pretty scratched up but worked fine. The problem that I ran into is that it could not be used on T-mobile, nor could it be unlocked by T-mobile. After reaching out to the FCC because I could not get anyone at T-Mobile to explain the problem, The T-Mobile "Executive Team" reached out to me and I found out that this phone was not eligible to be unlocked or used on the T-Mobile network because the original owner's account was not in good standing, and there was an outstanding balance on the phone. I re-sold the phone to a friend who wanted it for an offline phone for their kid, ate the loss and moved on. Other than that, the sales experience was fine, he was generally responsive. The negative rating was for selling a phone that could not be used on any network including the network it was locked on. This information should have been known and disclosed in the listing.
