The cosmetic condition of the phone was not received as described. Seller claimed "little to no scratches barely noticeable if any". However, there is a VERY noticeable 1/4" scratch on the screen just under the Samsung logo. I immediately noticed it when I opened the box, and it was not in any of the pictures or description that the seller posted. Additionally, the glass for the flash in the back is VERY scratched, and it is VERY noticeable. Seller also said phone came with cases, but none were included. I would have never purchased this phone had it been accurately described and photographed.

3 stars only because the Note5 is a fantastic phone and it functions fantastically.
