Have bought 13 phones on Swappa. This has the worst damage of all of them, but the listing says "nothing wrong with physical aspect other than smudges etc. screen has a slight yellow tint on the bottom half" I was fine with the screen discoloration, however was not prepared for the gouges and torn metal on the back of the phone. I also did not leave an immediate feedback since it would probably not have been kind. On the back of the phone Top - 1 inch DEEP scratch, with two smaller ones above it. Middle - cluster of deep gouges under SONY logo. Lower rt - 7 deep digs with about 15 smaller nicks around them. Bottom rt - 2.5 inch scratches along the entire bottom of the phone. Phone must have been dropped-dragged on concrete-gravel. No response to friendly OS question in chat and no notification that the phone was shipped, so no communication throughout entire sale too. Would not have bought it knowing the amount of damage on the back. Packed well but stated charger & USB cable missing.

Excellent seller! Bought phone on Friday and by Monday morning it was on my hands. Phone arrived in the described condition carefully packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Joe again, highly recommended. Thank you!
