Great phone. Arrived in perfect condition, 100% battery life (I ordered the "mint condition") and fully functional thus far. It took almost a full week over the advertised time to actually ship the item, but since I ordered a few days before Thanksgiving I think that's reasonable/understandable. Great phone for this price. I would definitely buy it again!

Everything works

Phone has a charging issue. I received the package, removed the iPhone 13 mini, plugged it in to charge it, the device said that there was moisture in the charge port and wouldn’t charge. Tried several different cords and charging blocks with the same result. Can only wirelessly charge the device. Seller is making it right. I have no complaints because this company seems very customer oriented.

Phone was marked as "mint" condition, but was received without a Sim card tray. I ended up ordering a tray and they ended up reimbursing me.
