P.S. Finally after several communications and delays, the seller did gave me the partial refund.

They promised a partial refund for miss claiming the battery power is 100% on the iPhone 12mini and it was at 90% when I received it and it is going down another percent within a month even when I hardly use it besides I have to charge it more often than my other older iPhone.

Great phone. Arrived in perfect condition, 100% battery life (I ordered the "mint condition") and fully functional thus far. It took almost a full week over the advertised time to actually ship the item, but since I ordered a few days before Thanksgiving I think that's reasonable/understandable. Great phone for this price.
