The phone was not as described, with a lower battery (sub 80% when it was advertised as 100%). The seller quickly agreed to a refund, but stopped responding to my messages. I had to file a claim through Paypal to receive my refund, and I was never reimbursed for the cost of shipping for the return as I was promised by the seller. This seller was dishonest and had poor communication.

Probably THE worst phone that I have ever owned. Battery lasted 30 minutes MAX, whenever I tried to use the phone while it was charging it would spaz leaving me unable to use it. Try to stay away from this seller if possible

Did not answer any form of contact when i put the wrong address. I've asked on the post and emails and on paypal where I paid them but they are not responding. I have not recieved my phone and have requested a refund but he is not giving me my money back. I tried contacting paypal and UPSP but they both informed me that the seller has to either send the package back or send the money back on their own.

The iPhone 13 mini that I received was defective. The camera wouldn't focus, vibrated, made a buzzing noise and took cloudy pictures. While we finally did receive a refund it required 3 communications with the Swappa Staff to get the issue resolved.

Mint phone was indeed unblemished, with 100% battery, but screen was not firmly attached and IMEI was different from the one in the listing. Asked for refund. A day later asked again; after Swappa noticed, seller said to return phone. Returned; notified seller of delivery. A week later, asked again, and refund was made.

This phone started falling apart soon after I got it? Seller's doing? Seems likely, though I can't say for sure. Within 3 weeks of my using it, the side button stopped working. Repair guy said it was snapped off internally, likely indicating someone had been toying with phone's innards and tore or weakened the connection. A week later, the phone fell from my ear to the kitchen counter - about a foot - and now the screen is ruined: A bright white blaze of light permanently covers part of it.

I have previously had good experiences with used phones, but this one was pretty upsetting.

After one week of use the power button stopped working. The phone did look good but was obviously not mint condition. Regardless, the seller offered refund for me to send it back. I sent it back and three days after it was delivered back to him I received my refund.

Great phone in great shape. Some of the finish along the sides is chipped. Nothing that you wouldn't expect from a used phone. But the screen is in near-perfect shape, which was my biggest concern.
