Purchased a "mint" "pristine" condition iPhone SE 2020 from Phoneportal. Phone arrived in excellent physical condition. Unfortunately when I took a few test videos, it was clear that the microphone was defective. On video playback there was a consistent loud hissing/crackling sound. Due to this issue, the phone should not have been listed as "mint" condition. At the very least, the issue should have been disclosed in the ad which it was not. Seller clearly did not care to check the phone sufficiently before listing it. Seller agreed to accept a return and I sent back the phone for a refund. Will not do business with this seller again.

I am very pleased with the iPhone 13 mini in midnight black. It was in mint condition and the battery was at 100% health as stated.
I did ask the seller a question after purchase about the battery if he had knowledge if it was replaced with a genuine apple battery, but I did not receive a reply. Overall, it was a very good purchasing experience.
