Swappa is doing very badly on protecting buyer in this fraud incident.

The seller is a swindler

A friend recommended using swappa because it was " safer" and got scammed TWICE by this loser. Bought an iPhone 14 pro max and a 16 pro max and never received either. PayPal is giving me a hard time to refund purchase even when there's proof this is a fraudulent seller.

Seller sent soap instead of iphone 16 pro max. Price was to good to be true

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max from this seller and received a banged-up iPhone case more than a week after paying. The seller even ripped the return address off of the packaging to hide their identity. This sale was a scam and this seller should be banned from Swappa.

Slow shipping, pay on May 2 and ship on May 6. List IPhone 14 pro max, but ship an Iphone 4. This seller should be ban from Swappa.
