Hello, I received the iphone 13 pro max but phone has multiple problems. The screen lags and freezes when swiping. Under parts & service battery and display show as "unknown" which means the battery and display screen are NOT a genuine Apple parts. Please refund me my money on PayPal and also please provide the return shipping label so i can return the item back to you. Thank you.
