The phone arrived just a few days after I ordered it. The phone was securely packed in styrofoam peanuts, with a bag and some soft paper towels to protect the screen. It was in excellent shape when it arrived.

When I went to activate the phone, we did have some issues with the IMEI at first, however Matthew was quick and professional in his response to the problem. He worked with Sprint to fix the issue, and a day later the phone is working flawlessly on my plan.

Even with the IMEI issue I would absolutely buy from Matthew again. Anytime you deal with phone carriers there is a high likely hood that not everything will go smoothly, but Matthews response and diligence in fixing the issue was phenomenal and I am thankful for it.

Received device, ran through the device checklist, no problems, will put it through normal use during one whole week and will let you know ASAP of any problems.
