William went above and beyond with this sale. Device was received in perfect condition and he ordered a new replacement for the keyboard/case when he discovered it damaged before shipment. I would gladly buy from him again!

My experience with William was great. The device was packaged with care and was received in mint condition as described. USPS shipping service was delayed but William investigated the situation promptly and communicated with me everyday on the progress of the device. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience working with the seller and would definitely buy from seller again!
