Phone was shipped via Flat Rate box. Phone was securely wrapped with bubble wrap. There was some damage to the screen, clearly not from shipping, but prior to shipping. The listing conveniently doesn't show the damaged area. Fortunately the scratches/gouges were in the protective screen film. If you buy from this seller make sure you see clear images of the ENTIRE device before pulling the trigger!

Battery capacity is a bit drained -- only charges to 3909mah instead of 4170mah minimum but otherwise good. Thanks!
