I chose this phone over another one cause it was listed as "sealed." It wasn't sealed when it arrived (Verizon allegedly doesn't seal their phones) which was a little disappointing. With that said the phone was still in brand new condition it was listed as.

The box containing the phone was advertised as new and unopened, but it was pretty beat up when I received it [although still technically sealed]. Not sure if it was sent that way or if wear and tear happened during shipment. The phone did operate properly.
