It states to describe the good and bad about doing business with the user...Well I can only describe the good because there was NO bad, unless you count my inability to give him a 6th star in the feedback rating because he deserves it. This user, Menachem, is a wonderful person and it was a pleasure doing business with him. The quality of communication was excellent as he was VERY prompt on answering all my questions and any concerns I had in a kind and respectful manner. He even offered to ship my phone right away after our transaction, although I preferred to pick it up in person, in which he was more than happy to accommodate me the FOLLOWING day! I am so happy that I was fortunate to meet this kind gentleman and it feels good to know people like him are living within this community.
