The box had no padding in it and was "lost" by USPS for over a week. The cases were just rattling around inside the bigger box along with the OnePlus box. Thankfully the phone was OK despite the outer box being flattened on one side. I had to do some work to relock the bootloader as I was thinking it was locked already. The seller is not to blame for the "lost" package; the USPS is at fault.
