Phone battery has suddenly died. Not sure if seller was aware, but product is defective.

Not mint as described in Swappa listing. Scratches clear thru paint on both ends of one side edge of back panel, which he didn't tell me about until after item was shipped, and a SMALL scratch in display about 1-1/2 inches up and slightly right of LG logo. Seemed to engage in what were apparently stall tactics throughout return/refund process until confronted with info to the contrary thru my contact with Swappa help in regard to his claimed issue with Paypal refund process charging him the Swappa fees instead of charging Swappa, as reason for delay in my refund . Swappa help person I had contact with said there was no such current issue at that time.

This person cancelled the sale because he does not sell phones to anyone who repairs phones for a living. I was buying this for personal use, but the seller did not even inquire about the use of the device before cancelling the purchase. This should be mentioned on the listings so that there is no confusion.
