The phone came in perfect condition, and I had no problems with activation. I love that it came with an official branded fast charger and cable, as well as a tempered glass screen protector. Shipping was fast -- I ordered it on a Sunday and received the phone on Friday. Wonderful! I highly recommend this seller!

Seller was understanding and kept me informed about everything. The device was as described but I really wish I was told that I had to use the fast charger because the provided charger didn't actually work for the phone. Other than that like I said all was good and shipping was fast.

Items arrived in the time expected except the screen protector replacement arrived priority mail a day or so later due to scratches on the original. My main critique is; issues not mentioned in the listing such as the clip on the holster was broken and wasn't included with the case. Reason: "people don't wear the device on their hip" which I will chalk up to a generational gap. Some old guys still do wear their phone on their hip. My little gripes aside I will still give a 5 star rating. The seller was informative, communicative, and overall a pleasure doing business with. Very happy with the phone. I would buy from him again and recommend this seller.
