The phone arrived with a problem on the battery health display. After that, I spent a lot of time driving around and trying to find out what the display indicated. Upon finally requesting a refund, the seller initially tried to imply I had no way to prove that I had not done something to the phone. After I returned the phone, I did not receive my refund for 5 days, with seller indicating she had been out of the country. This whole experience was very anxiety-producing and frustrating. Be advised that Swappa in general really has no way to back either party up, and you may have to take your dispute to Paypal's Resolution Center if you can't get it resolved with the seller on your own.
