I received item in a timely manner and it is just as described in the picture. My item shipped quickly, I got tracking immediately, and it arrived quickly. My phone is brand new in an unopened box and I took it straight to my carrier and activated with no problem.

I did note two minor things. 1. The instruction book is in Arabic (no problem, I can download English version online) 2. The power brick is apparently for Arabic countries as well so I will have to buy a power brick.

I still gave an overall rating of 5 because it's a great brand new phone - activated perfectly on the Cricket network in US and I already have a genuine Samsung power brick laying around here somewhere!

Additional Note: I would recommend buying the protection offered at checkout. It is water resistant and I have ordered a case that will be here tomorrow, but you never know! So I bought the protection at Swappa for peace of mind for my brand new Samsung Galaxy Edge 7.
