Great phone although the etching on the back has raised a few eyebrows!

Phone had a bad motherboard, fought Samsung for 6 months to get a refund.

I received my phone 2 days earlier than estimated. The seller must have jumped on it quick! It was as promised. I don't think the charger was original as the phone picked up on it charging slow but overall I am very satisfied! I will use you again!!

My only knock is that the phone was shipped in an envelope wrapped in bubble wrap, vs. being placed in a stiff cardboard box. I'm glad it made it OK of course, but shipping in a box could provide better protection on transit.

After a thorough testing, Everything of the phone was exactly as described. Only 2 things to note.

There was a small slightly sticky residue that on the back of the phone which came off with a small isopropyl alcohol clean.
The fedex packaging was very beat up but that did not affect the inside bubble wrap packaging.

Phone was listed as Verizon variant but was an unlocked US Cellular. Phone itself worked fine and was a great price. I didn't want a non Verizon version so I returned it and received a full refund. Seller was helpful and had no issues with them during all of this. Just wish the phone had been what I wanted.
