Mailed to incorrect address but worked fine

The phone came as described and in excellent condition, but it's a bit difficult they answer you.

I am happy with the main product, but it didn't come with a charging cable as advertised

Phone works great, although the finish of the jet black color has been taken off on the back. I thought it was a glare in the photos. And packaging was terrible. Placed in a plastic shipping bag with a little bit of bubble wrap and the phone just thrown into the bottom.. for such an expensive device I thought it would’ve been handled with a little more care than that. Shipping was very fast though.
