The phone is in perfect condition and the seller sent the original packaging! They were very prompt on mailing it out to me and I received it exactly when he said I would. So far, it is working how it should be! However, there were two things that were incorrect from the description, one was it said it was unlocked but it was through T-Mobile which thankfully my brother was able to unlock it for me and two, the charger and cable was not included. These two things weren't a big deal for me but they could be for others. It's always good to check return policies and ask further questions if needed, just a good rule of thumb. So far though on Swappa, I've been satisfied with my purchases!
