Received items in condition as described, shipping was timely. I have two criticisms, first the laptop was loosely packed inside a USPS box, a bit of packing paper or bubble wrap should've been used to prevent the item from moving in the box; the item arrived in a dented box but is apparently unharmed, hopefully there won't be any long-term consequences. Second, the laptop should've been cleaned as a courtesy. No one wants an item to arrive with dust and grease smudges as if it was used immediately prior to being thrown in a box for shipping.
