Seller was careless with the shipping details and shipped my purchase to the wrong address, captured the wrong tracking number in the Swappa record, and then refused to respond to my inquiries when it didn’t arrive until Swappa advised that he would no longer be allowed to sell on Swappa due to his refusal to respond. Only then was there any action which did include a prompt refund but only after the threats from Swappa.

The ipad itself was in the condition as listed, however--and this is most likely an issue with UPS--my package came damaged like someone was trying to see what was inside.
