The laptop came defective with something jammed in the headphone jack. While I managed to get the item out with a tool I bought online, the seller did not reimburse me.

First, the keyboard is useless. 3 keys are broken and basically hanging on by a thread. And, the entire right 3rd of the keyboard sticks. Something was clearly spilled on it.

Secondly, TWRP (a third-party recovery program) was installed. TWRP is known for slowing devices down with its attempt to partition the internal hard-drives, and for the bloatware that comes with it. A factory reset WILL NOT remove TWRP, and I'll have to connect it to my PC and run dev tools just to get it off of there before I can use it properly.

I made the mistake of purchasing something from a seller with no history of ratings. Learned that lesson the hard way I guess.
