At first I received the phone and it was locked to its original carrier, but after getting into contact with the seller he resolved my issue in under one week. Very responsive and helpful.

There is a very slight screen flaw that was not noted on the device's sale page. Despite this screen flaw, the device does function flawlessly, and I would rather keep the device than dispute the sale over a screen flaw so small. It is so slight that I am inclined to believe the sellers simply did not notice the flaw in their checks of the phone. Because of the flaw's insignificant nature, I'll just keep the phone and ignore the very small screen problem.

The phone came as described. This is my second purchase with this seller. The first 1 had charging issues that the seller ignored. As the sales were days apart I did not know that the seller was going disregard our concerns with the first phone.

The phone did not charge properly. I informed the seller and was told to update the phone. There are no updates for the phone. I informed the seller and received no response back. I will be taking the phone to Apple to see if this can be corrected.

Received in timely matter. One item was missing, but no problem. Simply noted the missing item and seller shipped it out promptly. Very good person to work with.

received phone in 3 days, but there was no box, charger, wall adapter or headphones in the package, unlike as described in the pictures by the seller. Phone's battery was completely discharged, but on charging for 30 minutes, phone booted up and seems to work without issues.

Device in excellent condition...would by again from this seller though shipping was a little slower than advertised.

UPDATE (5/31): Phone completely dead after 2.5 months...still in excellent condition though!

UPDATE (6/13): Seller offered to replace the phone outside of it's 30 day warranty which is good...but this phone was deemed defective (using serial number) by Apple, replaced, and somehow not put into the refurbishment process...then was re-sold...which is bad.

UPDATE (6/26): Seller sent me another 6S. This one is in good condition as well...BUT...the battery is under recall and the front mic doesn't work (verified at the Genius Bar) and requires $129 screen replacement. The battery can be replaced for free though. I have now asked for a refund.

The phone arrived in great condition, even had that thin plastic cover over front/back when I pulled it out of the box. Also into the box were a usb-lightning cable and usb wall charging plug. The usb wall plug was a knockoff, it has the apple logo but that's about it. I decided to toss that part.
