It went well in the beginning. When I had issues with the phone seller had no problem accepting the return.

Then it went to absolute hell. NO communication afterwards, even though I was polite and allowed multiple days for the seller to respond. Nothing. They held my money over 2 months. Open a dispute on Paypal then they responded INSTANTLY once then no communication afterwards. After providing the brief amount of communication and tracking number Paypal was able to conclude that it was in MY favor and return the money. After 2 MONTHS!

Please DO NOT deal with this company. Waste of time and efforts.

Phone arrived faster than I expected. It was well packed and had good instructions.

The phone is also in pristine condition (it was listed as refurbished). The only thing I thought was odd is that the phone was not factory reset. Maybe they reset it to test it and then didn't reset it before shipping it to me. Not a big deal as this was very easy to do myself.

I'll definitely use this site in the future. The savings vs. buying new is well worth it.

Phone was not working properly when arrived. SH Wireless was extreme slow responding to my resolution request and later totally stopped responding. Had to esculate to a claim with paypal and immediately got a ruling in my favor for a total refund.

Was originally sent a phone with defective speaker, but Jeremy was helpful and sent a replacement. The replacement phone works great.
