Seller cancelled the sale within 25 hours after stating that he would be shipping it due to a family emergency that required use of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB that was originally for sale. Seller issued refund using eCheque which hasn’t cleared his bank yet, may have to wait up to 6 business days for refund as of today 7/20/24. After that, PayPal may take an additional day or two to process the refund. So waiting up to 8 days for a refund.

Hoping that his family is safe & that this isn’t some kind of scam. Waiting for my refund to clear processing. Not the best buying experience on Swappa.

Update 07/31/24: Rec'd money from Paypal, keeping this a neutral rating for the seller who did have good communications but unfortunately did not complete the sale.

Phone arrived yesterday. It is in excellent shape and as advertised. It is up and running for me now. Thanks.
