Swift shipping. The phone worked flawlessly until I attempted to activate a SIM. After hours of trouble shooting, restoring to factory settings several times and multiple trips to the AT&T store they determined that there is some hardware issue with the device. While the seller was communicative to my initial questions there was no offer of a refund or return. I've had many great transactions on Swappa and will continue to use them but this one hurt a little.
