The device was rooted when it wasn't advertised as so and there was damage to the side of the phone by the volume button when the device was described as no visible damage. The seller was otherwise swift with shipping and responses to my concerns.

phone was listed as condition "new", but there were 2 scratches on the screen.
Everything else was good.
