Andy provided more than expected, and if there were a "positive plus" feedback option I would choose it in a heartbeat; Andy provided not only the original packaging for the MacBook Pro and all-original accessories, but he also provided original packaging materials and a service invoice for work done by the Apple Repair Center in my great state of Texas! Save for gasket wear around the screen and the repairs done, I feel confident that this MacBook Pro could have easily earned a "Mint" rating. Andy, however, deserves an 11/10 rating!
