I originally was sent a phone with a passcode and after getting the passcode from the seller. EVERYTHING WITH PHONE OS PERFECT

The phone was sold as unlocked, but was provider locked instead of factory unlocked, and got locked to the Tracfone SIM inside. It took me dozens of calls and hours of work to get unlocked, and the seller was not super helpful there.

The phone was in excellent condition, however, hence the neutral rating.
