Total failure. The phone I bought and paid for immediately was not shipped by the required time. Seller did not answer communications from me sent through Swappa, Swappa staff advised me to begin a dispute with PayPal. When I contacted her through PayPal, the seller said she still planned to ship. When I pressed her to ship by a certain date, she turned the PayPal dispute into a claim, completely ending the sale. It may take a month to get my money back from PayPal. I have now bought a similar phone from another Swappa seller.
