If spending a substantial amount of money, I would avoid Swappa and buy from a retailer that has a real return policy.

This phone does not work. it took 35 minutes of charging for it to turn on. Then as I was on the phone with sprint they told me to turn it off to start the activation process and the phone didnt turn back on
