This is a seller that every buyer hopes they get when they purchase online. Seller had great communication, sent an image of the shipping receipt with tracking info on it. When the device arrived we ran into a little problem where the reactivation lock was still set for sellers account, not something everyone is aware of. We were able to go through a few steps and eventually got it deactivated and able to work from my end. I really appreciate the seller working with me this way to be able to get everything sorted out through excellent communication.
