Item was not as described. Had to return the device.

I purchased a black Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Unfortunately the phone isn't as described. The screen seems to be replaced and has an abnormal gap on the top. Also, the phone has dents on the top, bottom and side edges. It also has little dots on the screen. Moreover, the seller sent an aftermarket wall charger and USB instead of the original charger and USB that come with the phone! The seller refused to return the phone. I opened a dispute in PayPal and won the case because I was right and he sent item that isn't as described. I uploaded the pictures for Swappa records. What he did clearly violates Swappa terms and conditions. He said that "No imperfections on the phone". And "It comes with the original box charger and charging cable". In the email he said "No scratches or dents...front or back". And "There are no dents in the phone" but unfairly the screen seems to be replaced and has an abnormal gap on the top. Also, the phone has dents on the top, bottom. Don't buy from him.

The seller did not check the item he was selling causing me a huge inconvenience. At least he accepted a return request.

I received the item as described by the seller. Condition of the phone was as stated in the seller's description as well as all the specs. The phone arrived a few days earlier than expected. As of now I would definitely buy another phone from this seller.
