Seller mislisted the item. I bought an iPad pro that was listed as 6th generation but upon receiving it I discovered it was a 5th gen.

After seller received the item back, seller sent a refund through paypal but cancelled it shortly. After complaining to paypal seller sent another refund but cancelled it again.

I have to file a claim on paypal in order to get my money back. It took me more than 15 days to receive a refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a first time user on swappa.

This seller has no credibility.

Great seller. Received Apple Watch as if it came straight out of the factory!
