Phone was still associated with prior owner's Apple ID. Swappa should do more to instruct sellers on how to get phones unlocked and on how to wipe iPhones of Apple IDs (and text messages and videos and pictures, etc).
Everything was just as the seller remarked, I am Satisfied with the phone, Its in good working condition!
