The device I received was defective and had sever Bluetooth issues. This isn't the problem because I understand this can happen being refurbished phones (even though it was supposed to be mint condition). The problem was that it took weeks of me pestering them to get my refund and they only respond if you ask Swappa for help.

I had received my order. The device was defective. After contacting them they issued me a return label. Due to things beyond any ones control the time to process everything took a while. Once everything was figured out I was issued a refund and all is well. I would work with them again

The phone was in good condition. I wish it had a charging cable and brick.

I always buy my used phones off swappa buying a flagship phone right when it comes out never appealed to me considering there's a new model out everytime you sneeze. This LG G7 I purchased is in what the seller called "fair" in my opinion it should have been "near mint". It's had a few micro scratches on the screen that are only visible if looking hard and from what I can tell they installed a brand new battery before they sold this which is much appreciated. The only thing is they didn't get the glass back on completely level on the so there's a little opening that I can use when I plan on changing out the battery myself down the road. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would/will continue to recommend swappa. Thank you.
