I received the Phone yesterday. I haven't actually used the phone on my network, but have it activated and waiting for sim card. It looks great and seems to function as expected. I have been waiting to make sure this phone would work on my network and have been advised that it is compatible, I am just waiting for a sim card to arrive. I don't foresee any problem and I am ready to order another one. Thanks!

The phone came as described with no problems it just took eight days to get from Texas to California and so ... I would rate them four stars if we were still doing it that way. If your not in a rush I see no reason not to use them.

Untrustworthy seller, avoid them. I returned a phone to them and they claimed they never received it and refused to give a refund. They said they would only provide a refund if I provided tracking info, which they never stated was needed in their return instructions given prior to me shipping the item back to them. What is more likely - the package was lost in transit (I've never had any other piece of mail go missing) or they received it and kept my money since I couldn't prove they received it? With so many other sellers, I'd put my trust in someone else.
